You Might Notice That The Turtle Went Backwards

The turtle on my weight ticker at the bottom of the screen, that is. Last week was not great. I didn't feel well. Boo didn't feel well all week. So I turned to the comfort of my Girl Scout cookies. Big mistake. Too many cookies. It would've been worse if I hadn't worked out a little last week.

However, I have already cheated and weighed myself at home this week to see if I'm on the right track. Much better. I can tell you that there's probably going to be a loss this week when I weigh in at Weight Watcher's on Saturday. So, boo for a bad week. But hurray for not getting down about it and getting back on track.

  1. Getting back on track is the important thing! I'm trying to get started myself. I've started seeing a physical therapist who specializes in woman's health and it has been so eye-opening. I've learned how important it is to have a strong pelvic floor to support the rest of my back/spin/hips. She's been teaching me exercises (and how to do kegals correctly) that strengthen my core and showing me how to properly hold the baby. It's been so informative. I think every woman should go after having a baby. I had to have 3 before I realized what a toll it had taken! Anyway...sorry for that rant, I'm just so excited!! I'm finally feeling strong enough to exercise without worrying about how my back is going to feel. I'd love to do it with you! I use sparkpeople.com. Sounds like you're doing well with weight watchers! I use the firm and did my first workout since having the baby. I'm tired of feeling so weak and tired! We can do it! My first real goal is to cut out sugar, with the exception of a good starbucks drink now and then (calories counted!) and something sweet on Easter!
